LUG is using the TeamSnap App for Game Day COVID screenings
Prior to every game this season, you will be required to check-in to your games and complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire using the Team Snap App.
All players must show the arena their completed screening upon entry. Read carefully on the full details on how to use Team Snap to check into games.
What are you expected to do?
- On game Day, open the TeamSnap app and check-in to your game and compete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire
- At arrival at the arena, show the Health Check Cleared green screen with the date to arena staff, LUG staff, and time keepers
The use of TeamSnap is for ALL LUG TEAMS ACROSS CANADA.
Obviously, if you are not feeling well, have been in contact who has COVID or have travelled outside of the country within 14 days, do NOT come to the rink.
